An original television series that you will never see on television. It is set within the contemporary art world. I abandoned writing in the midst of the final episode of the first season so, unfortunately, there is no conclusion. Hopefully you will be able to deal with a lack of resolution as I think the series still provides some pretty good entertainment.
These are film scripts that I wrote between 2005 and 2009. Some of them I have sentimental affection for; others are disappointing to me but I have retained them anyway.
Waking World -- A schizophrenic writer devestated by infidelity tries to navigate the strange world of 9/11 NYC, falling in love with women but never sure if they are real or exist in his head. This is an autobiographical story in a very abstract, non-factual way.
Batteries Run Down -- A suburban family's dysfunction comes to the forefront after the tragic death of the youngest son. An unusual contemporary (melo)drama.
Separate -- A coming of age story about an Amish teenager.
The Center Point -- An experimental story about time travel, madness, and a serial killer.
Plays
A few plays I wrote between 2001 and 2007.
The Slow Nothing Program -- An autobiographical look at my time as a teenage heroin addict, suffering with bi polar, and caught up in a toxic relationship with my dealer. I embellished and dramatized some elements but this play is generally historically accurate.
Where the Birds Go to Die -- My version of science fiction, although it's more of a psychological thriller in many ways. I don't know, it's pretty strange and I wrote it over 10 years ago so it's a bit foreign to me now.
